Borders are decreasing and communicating is essential – in this interview, Barbara Gibson, President of SpokesComm and the International Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) shares ways businesses can communicate more effectively.  Her experience living and traveling abroad can shed some light on working with people from all over the world.

Going global is a part of doing business today but going global can be very daunting.  Being open, listening and aware that their are other ways of approaching business.

She also mentions the book “Working Globe Smart” by Ernest Gundling.  A great book with many situations to use as a reference guide to communicating when going global.
