Each option you listed has its pro’s and con’s. It really comes down to a strategy decision. As entrepreneurs, we have to have a long term perspective and vision and the courage to stick with those decisions when things aren’t always rosey (which going global won’t be).

What’s important is his way how he achieves the goal. He talks about it. Unlike others. For example; Bush. He claimed that there are nuclear and biological weapons in Iraq. Nothing was found. Many people (including me) saw that he needs oil, nothing else. But he used different words and fooled millions of people.

Chavez is not doing tricks. His path is straightforward.
